A very special limited edition of 700 bottles of cold climate Pinot Noir.

Just five rows of grapes were left to ripen into October and hand-picked by our family. Fermented on their skins, pressed off and partially oaked in a third fill barrel from Tonnellerie de Champagne.

Colour: Medium red colour, crimson

Nose: Dried cherry, 5 spice, earthy, roasted coffee and liquorice

Palate: Sweet fruit entry, medium bodied, silky tanin making for an elegant overall structure. Raspberry and red plum lift give it a long, fragrant finish.
