A beautiful, limited edition, traditional method, English quality sparkling Rosé. Made from our hand-harvested, fruity Pinot Noir grapes, grown in East Sussex and left to improve on the lees for twenty-four months. Dry and crisp with hints of strawberry, raspberry and tart cherry. Delicious with grilled salmon, roasted chicken or can be simply enjoyed on its own.
